Cancellation
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Deadline
- The cancellation deadline for the conference registration is on 13 September 2024, 24:00 WIB.
- Refund Policy
- Cancellations made before the cancellation deadline will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made after the deadline will not get a refund. However, exceptions may be made for special cases like medical emergencies or unexpected travel issues.
- Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.
- Procedure for Cancellations
- Attendees must submit their cancellation requests in writing via email to nicolau@binus.edu or through an online cancellation form here.
- The cancellation request should include the attendee’s name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration.
- Non- attendance
- Failure to attend the conference without prior notification or cancellation will not entitle the attendee to a refund or credit.
