Registration Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Deadline
  •  The cancellation deadline for the conference registration is on 2 September 2024, 24:00 WIB. 
  1. Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made before the cancellation deadline will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellations made after the deadline will not get a refund. However, exceptions may be made for special cases like medical emergencies or unexpected travel issues.
  • Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.
  1. Procedure for Cancellations
  • Attendees must submit their cancellation requests in writing via email to or through an online cancellation form here.
  • The cancellation request should include the attendee’s name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
  1. Refund Processing
  •   Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  •   Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration.
  1. Non- attendance
  • Failure to attend the conference without prior notification or cancellation will not entitle the attendee to a refund or credit.
