The cancellation deadline for the conference registration is on 13 September 2024, 24:00 WIB.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made before the cancellation deadline will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made after the deadline will not get a refund. However, exceptions may be made for special cases like medical emergencies or unexpected travel issues.
Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.
Procedure for Cancellations
Attendees must submit their cancellation requests in writing via email to nicolau@binus.edu or through an online cancellation form here.
The cancellation request should include the attendee’s name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration.
Non- attendance
Failure to attend the conference without prior notification or cancellation will not entitle the attendee to a refund or credit.
